I am interested in your engine as a replacement for my Rotax 582 that I have on my Quicksilver Sport 2S. Does your firm have any assistance for the engine mounting assuming the attachment is different?

Just now installing an HKS 700 E in a KITFOX model 1, Jerry at GREENSKY ADVENTURES has been very helpful. It is a beauatiful piece of workmanship. I am looking forward to a long happy relationship with it.

I purchased a HKS 700E last november, but until now have not had the time to replace the 582 I currently use. It is on an Australian designed aircraft called a Boorabee. I am looking forward to fitting it and flying with the HKS.

I have been trying to find out what the HKS700T cost new, it has to be an awesome engine with the turbo, a turbo does not cost anymore then a few thousand dollars or close, anyone got one i would love to know how they perform, Rollie

Hi Kim I too have always wanted the HKS700T, I take it that you know about the knew HKS700t it is the HKS with a turbo instead of the E model it is the knew T model it goes from the 60 HP to the 80 HP engine, keep in touch please i am very interested to know what kind of luck you have with the HKS as i have heard nothing but being a great engine, Rollie

I currently fly a Sonex with a Jab 3300 but an thinking about building a Volksplane1 and think the HKS would be a great power package for it. The VP1 is like riding a motorcycle in the sky, what a blast I built one years ago and loved it. A starter and electrical system would be a big improvment.

Hi I have a HKS 700E in a Kitfox III and have 330+ hrs flying it, and really like and am very happy with the engine. It cost less than half to operate per hour than the Rotax 582 I replaced.

I would like to know, how much I could get on a trade in for a HKS 700, to get a HKS -T. I fly a Flightstar in Cartersville GA. Is anyone flying with this engine now? Are they happy with it? Any bad reports or problems with it? Thanks

Hi, been flying a 83 Hawk with 700 E engine put on in 2002, have 580 hrs on it, sips about 2.1 gal at 5000 Rpms

I have just started out, this will be my first ultralight or LSA I have decieded to go with the Chinook PLUS II and like you i to am going to use the HKS engine, I am so excited and have always wanted to fly one but in Maine it is not a popular sport, thanks Rollie
